Who is Chrismarie Todmore?
Chrismarie Todmore is a professional comedy fiction writer with a Master’s Degree in Baby Boomer Psychology from the University of Mom and Dad, with a Minor in Tourism and Hospitality Management. As a direct by-product of the Baby Boomer generation, she has professionally and socially managed, worked alongside, and been employed by the topic of conversation.
Like many others, she has listened for decades to the Baby Boomer standard: “This is how you should do it, but I’m not going to do it that way!” Through applied interaction, she developed and refined her subject matter expertise. Experimental, developmental, and counseling clinical trials are still ongoing worldwide.
After relocating a few times, and having two children, Chrismarie settled down in rural Pennsylvania and penned her first book, Annabelle Lighthorn and the Internal Echo, a young adult adventure novel. However, she soon recognized the need for a fresh and hilarious perspective on an often morbid subject, and started work on her second novel.
With her second publication, Conversations with Baby Boomers in Nursing Homes, she creates a tour-de-force of imaginary genius. Her colorful commentary, based in reality, sets the tone for this narrative comedy with cover-to-cover laughs. Chrismarie is the first author to pen an epic geriatric comedy fiction novel as a tribute to the Baby Boomer generation. She believes the world, now more than ever, needs to have a good laugh.
When Chrismarie isn’t writing or being a homemaker, she enjoys frequenting theme parks, visiting beaches, and hiking in nature. Chrismarie is an accomplished violinist, and entrepreneur; dabbling in new ideas with her husband. Chrismarie is also an avid cook, and enjoys entertaining using her family recipes. She is continuously developing new material for her next two books in the series.
